About Freddy Jensen

Senior Software Engineer, Computer Scientist - Seeking new opportunitiesI have extensive experience in the computer industry as an Engineer, SoftwareDeveloper, and Engineering Manager. The highlights of my career are the 23 years I spent at Adobe Systems, where Iwas a major contributor to the core design and implementation of Adobe Acrobat,Acrobat Distiller Server, the Display PostScript System, and Adobe's PostScriptInterpreter. This work involved design and development on Linux, Solaris,Windows and Mac OS X.I have extensive experience in building applications in C and C++ for many flavorsof Unix, especially Linux. I am very familiar with Linux System Administration.I am currently spending time on ramping up on the new web technologies (JavaScript,JQuery,... etc) and Android App Development. But my strength and interest is inthe areas of back-end server code, infrastructure and optimization work, workingwith C, C++, Java, Python, and scripting languages (csh, bash, dos, perl,... ).I am interested in part-time Developer work. Doing projects for non-profitorganizations is also an option.I believe that with my experience I could make a significant contribution. For a PDF version of my resume, click here:https://www.dropbox.com/s/dtaovpw9ahhejon/2018-Resume-Freddy-Jensen.pdf?dl=0
