My name is Freddy Rodriguez Alfaro, I have a bachelor's degree in International Trade from Universidad Tecnica Nacional (UTN). I am passionate about the logistics field, coordination and customer service, and my goal is to add value to the commercial and logistics operations of organizations.My most recent experience was as Claims Coordinator at Pegasus Logistics Group, where I managed and resolved customer claims cases, maintaining a fluid and effective communication with them and with suppliers. I reduced the response time and cost of claims, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Previously, I supported the import and export process of materials and equipment at Intel and DHL, tracking and analyzing data and performance indicators.
