Key achievements: - Coordinated designers and developers to build an end-to-end web-app (from landing-page to food supply marketplace) and shipped a tailored version of our product for a partnership with a meal delivery player. Delivered the product within 6 weeks. - Set-up, managed and monitored supply-chain processes and operations in France for a Q-Commerce player that was launching in Europe.
