Finally, I also led the implementation of new HR structures and operational procedures to increase efficiency and safety across all departments. These measures allowed us to win the prestigious award for Innovation in Safety and a special mention for Excellence in Customer Service at the 2023 gala of the Quebec Ski Station Association (ASSQ). This success allowed me to be elected as a member of the ASSQ's board of administration in the fall of 2023. Achievements: Responsible for crafting and leading a four season development plan and commercial strategy that evolved the center from a regional ski area into a four season provincial destination. Responsible for the development and marketing of a unique backcountry hut to hut infrastructure and alpine ski race program in the winter as well as biking, lodging and camping activities in the summer that allowed the organization to grow the customer base coming from outside the region from 40% to 60%. From an operations’ perspective, I was responsible for the integration of RFID ticketing technology and on-line dynamic pricing and reservations systems, as well as the overhaul of the company’s branding, website and marketing strategy. I also led the implementation of new organizational structures to increase efficiency and safety across all departments. These measures allowed us to win the prestigious award for Innovation in Safety and a special mention for Excellence in Customer Service at the 2023 gala of the Quebec Ski Station Association (ASSQ).
