After a 10 year practice in audit, cost controlling and corporate finance, I worked as a consultant for a management consultancy, IT service providers and software vendors and acquired a broad experience in the process of visionning, designing, marketing, implementing and supporting software solutions, as well as selling and executing large projects, both locally and offshore.I have led IT initiatives as a client, an integrator and a software vendor, giving me a thorough insight on the drivers and issues of the different stakeholders as well as the human and organisational hurdles of transformational projects. With my combination of business acumen and technical skills, I excel at reconciling the functional and technical sides while, as a certified Project Management Profession, I ensure on budget and on schedule execution.
