Management of a multidisciplinary innovation and demonstration platform for the exploration and the development of high enthalpy geothermal energy in fractured reservoirs (68 M€ project).Implementation of innovative modeling tools for geothermal exploratory campaigns in Guadeloupe and Martinique.

Responsible for the company's activities in the Caribbean. I provided services to regional councils of Guadeloupe, Martinique as well as French Guyana, including feasibility studies, development and implementation of local legislation (building codes) and financing tools (multi bank zero interest loan) to promote renewable energies and energy efficiency.Key achievements:- GUADELOUPE: Technical assistance to the regional council for the implementation of its energy policy, 3.5 M€, 2010-2013- MARTINIQUE: Development of the regional regulatory framework regarding energy, 1 M€, 2012-2013- FRENCH GUYANA: Update of the regional energy policy, 0.2 M€, 2011- GUADELOUPE: Caribbean Geothermal Energy phase II project coordination (INTERREG program), 3.5 M€, 2012-2013

Responsible for an 80 M€ contract from the signature to the delivery of a 1 GW nuclear turbine to a Chinese customer. This project was performed in partnership with Dongfang Electricity (technology transfer agreement). Tasks included monthly reporting as well as quarterly reviews to the ALSTOM top management. Key achievements:- On time delivery of the equipments according to the contractual constraints (timing, quality, price);- Ensuring cohesion of the team in a pressured environment;- Risk and opportunity analysis;- Reporting and quarterly reviews to the ALSTOM top management;- Development and implementation of procedures and communication rules to structure and secure technology transfers to our Chinese counterparts.

Provided technical support regarding energy and water resources to intuitional organisations in developing countries (Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Algeria, Mali). Projects were financed by international development organisations like World Bank, EuropAid, AFDB or EIB.Key achievements: - Water and energy resource assessment at regional and national level; - Develop decision-making aid tool (VBA) for the Algerian water ministry and produce master plan for infrastructure development; - Draft roadmap for the development of renewable energy (Azerbaijan); - Identify evolving policies related to climate change and how such policy changes might impact clients;

- Economical and environmental (energy and CO2 balance) analysis corn based bioethanol industry in the US;- Benchmark of the fuel cell technology and hydrogen industry.
