I have a extensive experience in Research & Development, product marketing (consumer/customer understanding ), sensory research and end to end package design and delivery (plastic packages, devices, cartons and corrugates) at Procter & Gamble – and this has so far been a great experience. I am open to continue to grow outside of PG if the right opportunity comes up, preferably in Belgium but I am open to other locations e.g. NL, CH, France, Germany. This though would be in an innovation, packaging or Sensory role at the interface with the business. My core competences include 1) end 2 end global product and packaging development leadership (from consumer needs to execution in market and in factory) 2) people coaching and development (20+ people team across regions and time zones), 3) leading organization change and operation improvement 4) leading global multifunctional teams (from front end to delivery of innovation) 5) leading strategy development (eg packaging strategy, sustainability and ecom strategy, Laboratory operation strategy) in B2B and B2C contexts. My work & passion have been on leading multifunctional technical teams from design to delivery of innovation programs. Developing product innovation strategies based on consumers and customers needs (key activity of my group), and linking this with what is technically possible (leading product design and consumer understanding teams, and interfacing with processing, and packaging development teams). This all in co-leadership with the commercial functions to develop the appropriate business models and product commercialization strategies.
