Supports 200 fundraising and Alumni Relations professionals by performing analysis, design and programming tasks with networked Windows and Macintoshes at the desktop level by programming or developing FileMaker Pro, Excel and other Windows and Macintosh desktop applications that enable departments to integrate data from central administrative computer systems into their Windows and Macintosh based business systems. Troubleshoot Windows and Macintosh software and hardware problems, and perform server operations tasks as needed. Serves as a consultant to all institutional development departments and Dartmouth's alumni relations programs. Supports the use of various administrative information systems. Works on multiple tasks that are not necessarily well defined, and makes recommendations that may have an impact on an entire project, system or multiple campus departments. Provides group and individual training as needed. Researches and makes recommendation on current and new technology.

Provide computer support to various individual and companies in the Upper Valley. This includes, systems deployment, desktop support, technology research and recommendations, database development.
