• Conduct and monitor the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to properly and safely use the equipment.• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.• Assist in front desk related activities including: Answer phones and assist callers with a variety of questions.• Check members into the system.• New member sign-up.• Take prospective members on tours.• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Responsible for ensuring that new and current members understand the benefits of regular exercise and healthy eating routines.• Built a client list of 15 current and new members by providing insights on effective techniques for utilizing fitness equipment. • Guide clients in safe exercise practices while taking into account individualized physical limitations and/or goals.• Devise and announce new classes such as boot camp and body pump to market the clubs new class offerings throughout the Greater Kansas city area.• Lead personal workouts and skill development trainings for individual and group classes designed for all ages.• Administer fitness assessments, which include the 7-point skin-fold body fat measurements, blood pressure and treadmill tests to determine the appropriate program for each client.• Counsel clients on proper nutrition and exercise habits using online tools such as MyFitnessPal for nutritional tracking and personally generated workout programs to track progress
