Has been primary activity since 2009, focusing on building a cohesive infrastructure of team members and strategic alliances, technology development and protection thereof, including determining least financial risk to monetizing practical applications whether consumer goods or B2B collaborative efforts.Formally incorporated in 2012.Vita Technologies is looking at water and biology in the amazing world around us through a very different lens – the lens of quantum biophysics. This view opens a new approach to understanding the complexities of water and biology which at its most fundamental (quantum) level involves the subatomic particles that collectively form atoms which make up water molecules and other molecules interacting to form biological cells. These cells then interact with other cells and can form organs or processes which collectively make up all living systems.The emerging science of quantum biology is leading to new understandings of how different biological processes work. When one starts at the foundational level of subatomic particles and their environmental dynamics,  a very new and far-reaching world awaits. In examining this quantum world, we are learning how to measure orderly quantum exchanges of energy and the precipitating biological outcomes. These quantum effects obviously occur within the matrix that supports all life, water. Therefore, the start of our journey lies within the mystifying and curiously unusual molecule, water, the very heart of all biological systems.

Co-founded New Paradigm Health Systems to develop and market nutritional supplements that have novel applications where drug therapy was historically the first-line treatment. Flagship product Sobrietol® was based on licensed technology from the University of Georgia Research Foundation reducing ethanol in the blood.

Co-founded a digital video security company which designed, built, and installed high tech video security systems for commercial and government sites (e.g., Paine Field Airport, Everett, WA - all airstrips and control tower) when most video security devices still used analog tape.

Co-founded Savant Biomedical, a technology investment group, to invest in and consult to then Seattle based startup biotech companies, including LifeSpan BioSciences (immunocytochemistry and gene valdation) and assisted with early-stage infrastructure development. LSBIO valuations more than quadrupled in three years with initial Savant $4 million investment to worth in excess of $30 million. The total company value grew to over $100 million with an international presence and sold to a private equity firm.

Completed a $5 million financing through Hong Kong Bank client trying to move assets into USA before United Kingdom handed over to Communist China. Succeeded in $50 million turn- around of a Seattle based commercial real estate holding company (Stipek Estate) in Chapter 11.

Co-founded a Chicago based import-export business focusing on British leather stationary items and 17th-18th century Edmund Culpeper scientific instrument replicas supplying high-end retail outlets. $250K/year annual revenues.

Cofounded an early 70’s Chicago based paper recycling business servicing high-rise commercial buildings – contracted to sell 50 tons/week @ $100/ton waste office ledger to Bergstrom Paper and Waste Management. Also sold keypunch cards for $300/ton and newsprint for $30/ton to Waste Management. Turned all customers over to Waste Management.

Joined Time Inc’s Chicago based Pioneer Press as a journalist and copy editor of all their 15 weekly suburban publications for several years covering civil rights and human-interest stories. Being in the newspaper world at that time gave me firsthand experience with a national paper shortage. This encouraged me to find ways to meet the challenge, beginning a focus on recycling.

Founded, developed and lead Iowa State Highway Commission minority recruiting program initiating onsite evaluation of management team in 49 offices in 49 cities across state. Also presented socioeconomic demographics of each city. Recommendations were used to establish a permanent office to address minority hiring challenges.
