P-3C Subject Matter Expert-Technician/Operator
CurrentExtensive experience working on a team of subject matter experts developing training curricula and performing instructor duties for on-site mission system flight training in accordance with Department of Defense contracts. Current on all operational qualifications for the P-3C aircraft. • Inflight avionics aircrew subject matter expert. Analyzes, designs, and develops training courses and computer based software from source material according to applicable standards and formats. Uses company-developed software tools as well as off the shelf products. Handles and teaches students to handle classified material and components on a daily basis. • In squadron setting, provides on-site flight line instruction to customers (currently 42 foreign military active duty aviators) to include approximately 430 hours of classroom lectures, 300 hours device sessions and 350 hours inflight instruction.Aviation instructor and avionics subject matter expert (SME) experienced in curriculum development, using superior communication skills during classroom and in-flight training scenarios. Qualified as a quality assurance collateral duty inspector (CDI). Qualified as a Navy Master Training Specialist.
