Extensive experience working on a team of subject matter experts developing training curricula and performing instructor duties for on-site mission system flight training in accordance with Department of Defense contracts. Current on all operational qualifications for the P-3C aircraft.
• Inflight avionics aircrew subject matter expert. Analyzes, designs, and develops training courses and computer based software from source material according to applicable standards and formats. Uses company-developed software tools as well as off the shelf products. Handles and teaches students to handle classified material and components on a daily basis.
• In squadron setting, provides on-site flight line instruction to customers (currently 42 foreign military active duty aviators) to include approximately 430 hours of classroom lectures, 300 hours device sessions and 350 hours inflight instruction.Aviation instructor and avionics subject matter expert (SME) experienced in curriculum development, using superior communication skills during classroom and in-flight training scenarios. Qualified as a quality assurance collateral duty inspector (CDI). Qualified as a Navy Master Training Specialist.

In-Flight Technician (IFT) 
- Primary duties include configuration management, maintenance, and repair of Electro-Optical, Synthetic Aperture Radar, Signal Intelligence, Communication Intelligence, Satellite Communications, and radio systems on board P-3.
- Astute troubleshooter sought out for the most difficult discrepancies; particular expertise lies in training, radio and radar theory and fault isolation. 
- Thorough working knowledge for network and information systems hardware such as routers, network switches, modems, and associated cabling; including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Talented technician capable of wire repair on CAT 5, LAN, USB, Coaxial and Cannon Plugs. 
- Managed a team of 6 technicians in performing pre-flight, in-flight, and post flight maintenance on Electro-Optical, Radar, Signal Intelligence, Communication Intelligence, and Synthetic Aperture Radar sensors. 
- An expert skilled at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complicated mission systems quickly with limited resources and returning them to full mission capability. A technical expert in the electronics and Physical/Dimensional Test equipment branches. I calibrated general purpose and specialized ground support electronic test equipment and ancillary equipment in intermediate-level field calibration activities and aircraft intermediate maintenance activities, ashore and afloat, using appropriate calibration standards. I calibrated a wide variety of mechanical measuring instruments, transducer-equipped instruments for measurement of temperature, pressure, and torque.
