Responsible for analyzing and underwriting first mortgage, commercial loans ranging in size from $10 million-$100+ million. Prepare various market reports, portfolio analysis, financial analysis to make investment recommendations within Ohio, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Illinois. Work on deal structure with portfolio managers and interact with our correspondent / broker network to facilitate investment opportunities.

-Analyze financial reports, business plans, projections, sensitivity analyses, and industry information. -Prepare a written evaluation of borrowers' financial condition and future outlook. Assist lending officers in assembling other essential components of commercial loan monitoring and review.-Work directly with sales and credit personnel in generating approval documents while also helping to protect the quality of the Bank's loan portfolio.

-Partner with Regional Vice President to market and promote W&SFG annuity products.-Proactively initiate calls within assigned territory to prospect and qualify agents. -Handle inbound service calls and provide excellent customer service. Also, work to transition service calls into sales opportunities.-Finished 2013 as the highest territory for variable annuity sales.
