Hello! Alright well to summarize my work history… I’ve enjoyed and excelled in furniture management sales, and even retail banking, however since 2010 I’ve been a Community Manager. The various things that my position consists of are (hang with me here) managing many different portfolios of homeowner’s associations and business parks. I was a dedicated onsite community manger at a 400-unit condominium association and managed a few communities in development under Pulte Homes. I often interact with several Board of Directors, corporate, vendors, and homeowners in order to manage the legal, financial, community, and government for each association. I’m involved in accounting, preparing and running board meetings, recording and providing meeting minutes, managing architectural changes, drafting a yearly budget, correspondence, inspections of the community, producing mailings and distributing to homeowners, implementing policies and procedures, setting up an annual calendar, managing committees and their meetings, requesting proposals for contracts, managing delinquencies and working with collection agencies, managing an annual election of board members, managing community website, managing insurances, licenses and permits. I’m required to maintain continued education for industry including staying up to date with changes in NRS 116/NAC 116 and any other laws that pertain to a Community Manager’s license and homeowners’ associations. Lastly, I’ve worked the last few years chairing a Morale Committee for our local branch which not only helped our company reach ‘Great Place to Work’ designation the last few years, but also serve as outreach to community charities such as Catholic Charities and Project 150. I do my very best at everything that I’m assigned and try to go over and above anywhere I can. My family means the world to me so working no more than 50-60 hours a week is desired.
