I am a People and Culture Professional, specializing in Counselling, Life and Business Coaching, Mentoring and Consulting.My background in these fields spans a forty-year plus time span, with these combined skill-sets synergistically complementing each other, definitely setting me apart.I also have a strong background spanning over twenty years of IT experience and Online Marketing which includes Web Design and IT Support, all in addition to being a Certified Neuro-Behavioral Modelling Professional and a Certified NLP Practitioner, which I now bring to the Allied and General Health Industry.Aside from employment and serving as consultant for some large SMEs and Corporations, I have, likewise, experienced both success and growth as an entrepreneurial business person, being the owner of my own successful companies.The combination of Counselling, Coaching, Mentoring and Consulting, in conjunction with my knowledge and practical application of Business and Technology skills, enables me to bring unique insights to the following:-Thought leadership-Strategic conception and pragmatic execution of transformational outcomes in culture-Behavior and training, resulting in team and individual performance improvementMy passion is people!
