Since November 2011, I have been working within the Test Services Center, mainly as a test coordinator on a web project (“Web4U”, aiming to launch the new www.electrabel.com for B2B). I have also supported the service delivey manager in managing resources (via interviews, performance and competency management, contact with internal customers and external providers), in providing testing and quality expertise, and in supporting our customers in the use of HP Quality Center, HP Loadrunner and HP Quick Test Pro testing tools.
