With over 20 years' experience in the securities and funds industry in a variety of roles, I have gained experience in custody, depositary, transfer agency, investment and regulatory matters relating to these areas: Mifid, AIFMD, UCITS V, SRDII, CSDR, MAR where I have led successful change initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support the bank's strategy such as: Mifid target market framework, SRDII outsourcing, CSRD settlement discipline, Depositary Bank framework (PRE/REAL) and organisation, Third Party Funds Hub development, Manco Set-up (ISIM) Transfer Agent development (ING Funds range).Today As Product Manager in the Investment area, I am currently responsible for defining the vision and maximising the value and experience for clients (individuals or entities) investing in financial products. Maintaining product distribution in compliance with regulations and product governance, as well as ensure that inherent IT processes are efficient and secure.As a customer-focused person, I enjoy motivating and inspiring stakeholders, business analysts and developers to work together. Turning constraints into opportunities is my motto and helps me to deliver a differentiating experience to our customers.
