• Experimented on various techniques of 3D printing using non-traditional mediums, including gelatin, to improve resolution to um level • Hand-fabricated circuits and breadboarded components to improve on the current plastics-electrospinning methodology

• Studied the link between fallopian lesions (STIC) and the formation of ovarian cancer, leading to discoveries on actions of ADAM27 and other proteins on healthy tissue • Technical duties included analysis of cell markers using various assaying techniques, quantitative analysis using flow cytometry and RNA sequencing, and maintaining several cell lines, including the formation of a primary cell line from fresh tissue

Aided in launch of a new plant-wide machining software, Freedom eLog, and the subsequent training of employees in using said software. Also assisted heavily in automation of data storage and manipulation using my background in programming, mainly in Microsoft VBA.

Northwestern University Lurie Cancer Center, Chicago Il

Assisted in the research of the effects of interferons and other medications on protein synthesis, specifically downstream of the mTOR protein complex. This involved maintaining a leukemia cell line, performing the pharmaceutical application experiments on it, and carrying out the Western Blot procedure to measure the protein levels.
