Hello LinkedIn,Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Fredi, currently residing in Pesawaran, Lampung. I am a graduate of Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta majoring in Agribusiness. During my college years, I actively participated in various organizations, gaining organizational skills and priorities, particularly in the fields of agriculture and marketing. I possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of market analysis. On the other hand, I am actively involved in a regional organization in Lampung province, enhancing my problem-solving skills through effective communication in diverse languages. I also have internship experience in coffee plantation at CV. Kiwari Farmers in Bandung, where I learned about Arabica coffee cultivation, post-harvest management, and marketing.My work experience in Yogyakarta started as a waiter, barista, and Headbar. It all began from my passion for coffee and continuous exploration of the coffee world. I worked while being a student until I graduated in 2019, spending approximately 2 years in the coffee industry. In early 2020, I tried my luck by searching for a job, but for several months, I couldn't find any company willing to accept me beyond the interview stage. Eventually, I ventured into freelancing, locally known as "SERABUTAN," as there were no companies in my area at the edge of Lampung. I started a trendy beverage business, worked as a vegetable transport service driver, supplied agricultural tools, and occasionally provided village activity report compilation services. Meanwhile, I also learned to establish my own packaged coffee business with self-processed products. Although everything was running nearly smoothly, "nearly" was not enough.In 2022, after the end of COVID-19, I had the opportunity to work in a coffee plantation as an agriservice or facilitator with PT Karya Masyarakat Mandiri to support coffee farmers in the Regenta program, a collaboration with PT Nestle Indonesia. I have been assisting coffee farmers for two years, providing guidance in both on-farm and institutional activities. I successfully established a new entity, the Millennial Young Farmers Association (PMM), with legal and complete documentation. As a result, in 2023, we were entrusted to become vendors for grafting audit activities and Trigona honey bee procurement.In my free time, I also work as a carbon program consultant for CV. Safari Agro Lestari in collaboration with PT PUR Project in distributing 165,000 free seedlings in Pesawaran and Pringsewu regencies.
