I do mainly corporate transactional work dealing with securities offerings, private offerings, formation and dissolution, corporate maintenance, contract review and creation, and statutory compliance reviews.

I created a summary chart of the tax consequences related to divorce. Completed the filings for the organization of two non-profit organizations. Wrote a complaint requesting an annulment for a client. Ate cupcakes. Performed multiple client reviews to advise the attorneys if the potential client had a case. Wrote responses to motions for trial. Fraternized with the staff. And assisted (read participated) in a mediation.

As owner, I did everything that a business does. I planned and executed marketing campaigns, sold projects using a consultative method, was involved in performing or overseeing all legal and tax work. I also managed customer relations, materials purchasing, budgeting, payroll, etc.

Assisted owner in hiring new employees and managing during the night shift until the owner was able to affect a business transfer.

Performed account reconciliation procedures, led teams in performing storewide inventories, trained upper management how to use software and perform reconciliations.

Served as the only full-time staff for two Representatives during the legislative session. Performed research and analysis, wrote reports, acted as public relations assistent with constituents.
