In addition to the role as Lead Mechanical Engineer i am coordinating work packages coming in to our Central Engineering Office from European offices. With focus on building long term relationships and implementing routines and instructions.

In this role i am responsible for technical activities relevant to mechanical equipment and work packages in the project. I evaluate suppliers offers and participates in purchasing negotiations to establish appropriate technical basis for the contract. I am responsible for correct and complete circulation of information and documents related to mechanical equipment during tendering and project execution. An important part is also to be the link to relevant external engineering resources as well as supporting the quality function in the project during inspections as required.

Working in construction, developing and delivery of environmental control systems. My role as Lead Engineer includes performing structural design and creating detailed drawings in Tekla Structures. Planning and coordination of activities. Technical monitoring of suppliers/subcontractors. Resource planning, scheduling, progress and cost control.

Development of process and materials for plastic films. Involved in technical projects and various troubleshooting. Validation and verfication of products and machinery.

Construction and maintenance of moulds and drawings for a profile extrusion departement. Involved in various types of investments and continuous improvement projects.Technical projects at Gislaved Gummi connected to process development. Responsible for preventive maintenance and technical support for profile department.

Construction and project managing of machinery. Mainly welded constructions with hydraulic and pneumatic controls.

Sales of R&D equipment for plastics industry. Responsible for budget, quotations and customer relationship within a given product segment called CEAST.

I worked with most of the Quality tools included in ISO/TS 16949 such as APQP,PPAP, SPS,FMEA. I was also involved in investing in new software for data collection and with implementation of same.
