I was part of the Product Management (PM) focusing on the development and implementation of CRM functionality in Salesforce. Alongside other PM members and the initiative's architects, my main responsibility was leading the development of a new billing platform, adding new products and pricing models and integration to Salesforce.

I built and maintained long-term customer relationships and managed customer projects such as multi company onboardings, cash pool setups, and payment services. I coordinated support across specialist teams, handled contracts and agreements, and designed custom solutions for complex B2B pre-sale needs

I managed sales, contracts, onboarding, implementation, and support for customers' US cash management needs. I developed relationships with customers and partner banks, conducted KYC, and enhanced the department's profitability and activity analysis for payment services.

I was responsible for financial reporting and analysis for the Head Office. I also conducted acceptance testing for new accounting functionalities during a major system implementation.

I coordinated and supported international Risk Control units, setting up infrastructure and conducting management analysis. I also served as the system owner for the risk system used by these international units.

I managed daily updates and preparations for the trading desk's operations, including profit and loss calculations.

I provided business support for the trading department, regional sales desks, and branches across Sweden in equity-related issues, including rights issues and administration of securities. My work also involved reporting, handling investigations, making compensation decisions for incorrect deals, and participating in projects to improve routines.

I supported individual and corporate customers and the branch network in various business-related and technical matters, contributing to the department winning an award for best support in 2006.
