I was responsible for the monthly report into the IBM process for Group Planning. Worked with development projects and tasks related to the Strategic Planning and Inventory Control, including systems and process implementations. Gathered information, created an understanding and worked on solving different product supply issues.

Worked in a small project team from the design phase up until support after go-live with the global implementation of the planning system JDA Fulfillment. The system is planning the supply of more than 700 million units annually. One of the responsibilities I had during the project was to ensure that the business side of the system worked as designed without any technical errors.

I had the main responsibility for the markets Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and Denmark and help out with the Nordic markets.
