As Condesign’s chief executive officer, I lead a privately owned engineering company offering customers qualified services and solutions throughout the product life cycle, from design to aftermarket. Condesign was founded in 1984 and today we are approximately 170 devoted consultants working to innovate and grow our customers’ tomorrow, today.Prior to joining Condesign, I was a Senior Manager at Accenture's Gothenburg office where I successfully led numerous change projects within the Automotive industry. With over 20 years experience helping customers leverage technology to innovate and grow, I am passionate about supporting people to help them reach their full potential. I try to be a champion of opportunity-based mindset as change is critical to stay relevant tomorrow.I earned a Master of Science degree in industrial economics and management from Chalmers University of Technology.
