Current- Develop and align global strategies: Collaborate with General Management and regional leaders to implement unified Publisher account management processes across EMEA for strategic publishers partnerships.- Drive revenue growth and client retention: Lead YoY revenue expansion and upsell initiatives, with a focus on actionable insights and buyer trend analysis to maximize incremental programmatic opportunities.- Elevate client relationships: Oversee the implementation of strategies with key accounts, ensuring adoption of innovative features and solutions.- Building cross-functional synergy: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to forecast budgets, execute roadmaps, and deliver impactful results.- Empower teams: Coach and onboard Publisher Account Managers (21 people accross EMEA) to master technical skills, resolve deal issues, effectively troubleshoot programmatic challenges, ensuring technical proficiency and strategic alignment.- Represent excellence: Evangelize products at industry events, client trainings, and trade shows, building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
