Acts as a liaison between Hopeworks staff and external partners including internship sites and mentors. Overseer of the Hopeworks internships and professional mentoring program for interns. Responsible for the recruitment, training, matching, and ongoing support of the external partners that make up the mentoring and internship programs. Serves as an integral component of the Youth Development team by ensuring that the external partners and mentors who interact with the youth are trained in Hopeworks techniques and have the ongoing support necessary to be effective in their work with the youth.
