Fredrik Gustavsson is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Sectra where he is responsible for the company’s technology strategy and innovation. With close to 20 years’ multi-national experience in the e-health field he is passionate about improving healthcare through advancements in medical imaging, informatics and cloud adoption. Driven by delivering real world results in close collaboration with customers and partners he believes strongly in openness and proactive integration efforts on the vendor side. Currently focusing on large scale enterprise image management solutions and the application of machine learning and integrated diagnostics in this space.

Leading Cambio's initiatives in future product design, innovation and technical direction. Manages relations with key technology partners and participates in strategic customer projects, pre-sales, contract negotiations. Experienced in building long-term collaborative customer relations and leading creative development teams.Sucessfully initiated, sold and lead a number of separate products and projects ranging from platform development, information lifecycle management to applications monitoring. Initiated Cambio's off-shore development unit in 2005 - today employing some 160 people. During 2011 spearheaded Cambio's initiatives in product and service innovation resulting in Cambio now being able to present a new highly anticipated range of products being launched 2012.

Responsible for all software development and maintenance, managing some 30 software engineers. Successfully delivered a major technical shift and introduced new methods in software development and quality assurance with focus on enterprise scalability and availability.
