Invision is Europe’s leading value-added distributor of professional technology solutions for homes, hotels and business, supplying custom installers across the UK, Ireland and Benelux.I am currently the purchasing coordinator for Invision. This involves day to day data analysis and forecasting sales.Liaising with vendors and freight forwarders to ensure our stock arrives in an environmentally and economically effective manner, whilst also ensuring the best prices are obtained. My objective is to bring stock into our external warehouse - "we stock so you don't have to" which in turn provides a more effective service to the customer and drives company sales. I have been a key part in the process of obtaining our group AEO certification.

Key responsibilities: Negotiate shipping pricing with couriers, sourcing the best price possible.Meet cost, productivity and company targets Provide excellent customer service, solving any arising issues or complaints.Follow all regulations and reporting to HMRC if any queries.Deal with all courier insurance claims. Review and approve all courier invoices.Strong diary management to ensure all jobs are dealt with, meeting their deadlines.
