- Under parent company (Trip.com), well versed OTA rules especially in China market.- Focus on hotel business development performance for the whole team of 20 members.- Recruit, teach, mentor, coach and lead the team to develop and promote Toptown's international hotel business in worldwide area.- Design courses, provide training, guidance for new employees.- Design performance assessment for all team members to motivate their work efficiency.- Hosting several workshops / appreciation party in Singapore, Bangkok, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur.- Achieve and exceed monthly target, tracking records and do management review to parent company by quarterly or yearly.- Managing more than 600 direct hotel partners by teams and keeping the relationship.

- In charge of the BD area in north and west of China.- Promote the LUX* property from Maldives, Mauritius, La Reunion, Lijiang, Benzilan in my responsibility area. - Use different methods, including cold call, email, social media, exhibition, business visit and workshop to develop and promote LUX* brand in Chinese market. - Catch all kinds of business included FIT/Leisure, Group series, MICE, etc.- Achieve and exceed monthly target, tracking records and provide weekly / monthly report.

Currently is hotel contractor for FIT Travel Package in America area. Also have same experience in Indonesia / Middle East / Europe Area.

- BD for MICE leads.- Deal with event company / exhibition company / corporate company to handling their event activity including new launching / training / board meeting / deal meeting, etc.- Maintain the relationship with key partner to catch the business leads in the first time. - Finish the personal goal by monthly.
