Strategic sourcing for Rotating equipment (CAPEX) spend on EPCI FPSO projects- In charge of Machinery and Vendor Selections- Assessment of the key vendors and their sub-vendors including the manufacturing processes, execution and subcontracting model- Responsible for the development of the Category strategy in view of increasing SBM competitiveness and actively participating to SBM business development.

Working in SBM headquarters in Amsterdam.• Directly report to Chief Strategy Officer • Supported by Market Intelligence team to provide dynamic “outside-in” insight to Senior management with narratives supported by data and analysis;• Provide in-depth strategy guidance for Offshore Wind business on Technology Diversification, co-developing at early stage and form EPCI contractor partnership• Participate in technology application selection for Carbon capture module design, Floating Hydrogen/Ammonia Production (Green and Blue), Floating energy storage (Li-ion) and Floating solar etc.• Play an integrator role in Strategy Execution and Communication, identify and enable the building of shared vision, delivering integrated value and developing actionable roadmaps, frameworks and plans across all business units globally;• Lead and prioritize the Strategy Execution on Energy Transition by planning and roll-out of Key Programs (emissionZERO®, Digital Transformation, standardization program);• Drive and define key criteria for the portfolio growth through identification of gaps and complementary technology/ business for potential R&D and M&A targets.

Commercial and contractual negotiations with vendors for major equipment on Exxon Mobil FPSO Liza Unity- Started with Electrical & Instrumentation packages: ICSS, HV/HV Switchgears, Power Management System, Transformers, Field Instruments;- Later on took over the mechanical packages PO follow up: Rotating equipment and Seawater treatment packages;

The Netherlands

 In charge of the second largest category (in value) within Offshore Wind: Submarine power cables and substations; Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, lawyers, financial controller, QHSE in the supplier selection process by issuing RFQ/ITT, bid evaluation and clarifications; Negotiated and concluded subcontracts of value > 70 million euro; Carried out contractual and financial negotiations with suppliers for Parent Company Guarantee/ Performance bond, Payment Milestones, Delay Damages, Insurance etc.; Contracts execution follow up, expediting, inspection, supplier performance evaluation; Assisting legal counsels and project managers for both upstream (customers) and downstream (suppliers) Variation Orders and Claims; Managing the interface with other procurement packages; Familiar with FIDIC contracts and Incoterms, also knows BIMCO; Defining strategies for structures of collaboration (framework, JV, joint development agreements etc.) with suppliers especially for Local Content (e.g. Taiwan, France)
