These include:1) The set up of our PPS tracker - I set up an excel document that tracks our PPS from each suppliers 2) System Development - Worked with our IT Team to provide feedback and ideas on what development could be added to our systems to ensure each department has clear and concise information. These changes have helped to improve our PO Schedule and intake report which in return provides more accurate data to multiple teams.
