I oversaw the investigative program first in the South-Central Asia and East Asia Pacific regions and later in Europe and Africa. I supported expansion overseas and domestic through a series of policy changes and a reallocation of resources. Before completing my assignment, OCI was upgraded from a Branch to a Division.
