As a freelance producer I've cultivated a strong skill set in production, project management, UX and communication, particularly within the cultural and creative sectors. At Malmö Live, problem-solving and adaptability were essential in navigating challenges and delivering successful events in the dynamic and complex environment that a concert hall is. I gained valuable insights across diverse areas including strategic booking, event production, audience engagement and financial management.

Working with people with disabilities offered profound insights into the significance of accessibility, inclusion, and the diverse capabilities of individuals, highlighting the necessity of creating environments that accommodate and celebrate everyone's unique strengths and needs. As (depty) administration manager I was responsible for the foundation's finances, budget and liquidity. I created financial calculations for application processes, managed employee salaries and reported quarterly to the board. I was also ultimately responsible for human resources and for ensuring that the foundation complied with workplace laws and regulations.

I was responsible for carrying out all theater productions with great consideration for each actor's ability. I had budget responsibility for my projects and created creative concepts in relation to them. I was also involved in the marketing work and the production of trailers, programs and material for social media. The work also involved press contact and sales.

I founded the art gallery Macken together with my partner Daniel. Our aim was to lower the thresholds to high-quality art experiences in an urban environment. Our collaboration was very dynamic; we both shared the visions and creative direction. I was then responsible for all the copy writing, application processes and the over all project management. Truly one of my favourite projects this far!

My responsibilities were to produce interesting public events and digital products that contribute to the benefit of society, for example conversation series, panel discussions, SoMe content and podcasts. During the pandemic, I project-led the production of informative films with socially important information about Covid-19 in more than 10 different languages, in close collaboration with social communicators around Sweden. We also produced information materials and campaigns for shopping centers and public transport.

My time at Inkonst, a ground breaking venue, deeply impacted my journey as a producer and beyond. I honed my skills in owning creative processes and making them resonate with savvy users and audiences. Notably, I played a key role in creating and producing the INTONAL festival, where networking with other Nordic and European festivals was essential.

In one of my my initial roles in the music business, I embraced a diverse role that allowed me to blend my love for music with practical responsibilities. Handling marketing duties, I collaborated with other club promoters and also curated a weekly club night myself, booking DJs and sharing my own music selections.
