About Fridjy Compère

Fridjy Compere is a technology enthusiast who uses technology to solve problems and create new opportunities. He is constantly driven by the desire to create something new and innovative, and is often willing to take risks and work hard to turn his ideas into reality. He is the co-founder of iHaiti, a platform to discover and book the best cultural experiences in Haiti. He is a business development professional, a management consultant who wants to help businesses succeed and expand by identifying new opportunities, developing strategies and implementing plans to achieve growth. By 2021, he has planned and prepared 11 days of training for more than 400 entrepreneurs, conducted training sessions in marketing, management and financial education for more than 400 young and women entrepreneurs and written 50 business plans for 50 young and women entrepreneurs in the productive sector with funding from USAID through the MEDA ATTEINDRE project.He enjoys sharing his knowledge in Excel, Management, Marketing, Project Management, Business Model, Financial Education with students, professionals, collaborators, entrepreneurs. In 2022, at the request of the Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Économiques(FSDE - UEH), he participated in the training of over 100 students in data analysis with Excel. He has trained more than 40 young people from Leaders de Demain (LDD) in Business Model Canvas, and more than 12 young people from Lespwa Pou Pitit Te a (LPPT) in project management.He is passionate about technology, finance, MSME development and software development.He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Technologie (ENST).
