Bammel Elementary School

As the Student Support Specialist, my duties involve monitoring and documenting students who struggle academically and behaviorally. It is my duty to conference with parents and teachers to provide interventions and accommodations for these students. I report these aforementioned students to the district and I also conference with parents to inform them of the special needs their child requires. It is my responsibility to track the success or regression of the students so they if needed we can modify their services. In addition, I refer homeless students to organizations for assistance and I meet with parents and help them refer their child for Special Education testing.
