I am an experienced reinsurance executive, with more than 25 years of background in a wide range of global reinsurance roles. As a member of SCOR's Group Executive Committee for more than 14 years I have led large multinational teams, initiated and successfully executed transformational change processes, and promoted disciplined and client-centric commercial approaches. I am passionate about developing corporate strategy on the basis of effective risk and capital management, the integration of technology into insurer value chains, and helping L&H insurers across the globe develop their proposition and achieve profitable growth. I have extensive experience with regulators and and have served on boards in multiple jurisdictions across the world. I am a qualified actuary (DAV) and a Certified Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA).
