Assisted in critical development of team projects for the Formula Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) competition as part of the UVIC formula team. All of the work was done completely on my own time with an involvement of 20 hours a week or more. This included project management, time management, solidworks modeling, and design review. Reverse-Engineered Honda F4i internals including, the crankshaft, pistons, rods, and complete transmission in solidworks for moment of inertia analysis as well as transmission optimization. Designed header heat dissipation reduction. Also assisted with software development and critical team functions to assure proper car functionality at competition. The UVIC Formula SAE team is a group of students consisting of Engineers, Business, and Computer Science students from the University of Victoria that come together to design, fabricate and build an open wheel race car for the Formula SAE colligate design competition every year. With competitions all over the world and with almost every major University manning a team, Formula SAE is one of the World’s largest Engineering Colligate competitions, that is proudly supported by Ford, General Motors, Daimler-Chrysler, and many other large corporations.

Specialist in Rma returned units for envoy's and microinverters. Also singlehandedly wrote a Java automation program that saved 90% of the time per unit. This savings allowed the company to use their resources more efficiently and have a fully automated intake process for returned Units. This program utilized Google spreadsheets api, salesforce.com api, and Windchill Quality Solutions api. Successfully Deployed and maintained the program through tortoise-Hg version system.

Provided excellent customer over the phone, email, and within the extents of the systems. Efficient in talking on the phone and navigating and typing through the company systems. Achieved 60-70 calls per day helping the customer with website issues as well as internal issues with systems and troubleshooting customer problems. Worked to meet and exceed a metric built by the Quality Assurance department for each customer interaction. Achieved approximately 50 words per minute. Worked in both French and English with both the customers as well as the systems and websites.
