Exploring permanent and freelance opportunities.In my 28 years working in creative industries on projects for some of the world’s biggest brands and agencies, the most important ingredients, both to my success and my personal fulfillment have been my curiosity and my passion for verbal and visual communication. My background as a creative in film and advertisement has given me a deep understanding of just how crucial the balance is between understanding and relaying the client’s expectations as well as holding and allowing the space needed for the creative vision to evolve. I really enjoy the different roles and responsibilities typical of modern production jobs, whether in the practical contexts of high-level negotiation or driving complex production processes or the more nuanced interactions which optimise creativity and forge strong & productive partnerships. And while a meticulous eye for budgets, schedules and client management is a given, I really thrive when I get to help artists and teams find new more rewarding and fun ways to work and be together. My passion is to produce compelling, high-quality content and experiences that integrate diverse platforms to tell innovative and engaging stories with powerful visuals.I see the producer’s and project manager's job, as a mix between being a projector of ideas, a kind mediator, a good listener and a co-creative leader. I recently finished my training as a Co-active Coach™ that has given me a deeper understanding of how to better support clients, teams and individuals.
