My passion lies in empowering students, startups, and communities.At Alloy Growth Lab, I spearheaded startup services, developing initiatives like Alloy Online and OhioXcelerate—a statewide program recognized as InBIA’s Most Innovative Program and OEDA’s Excellence in Innovation recipient. These programs connected startups with top-tier mentors, facilitated funding opportunities, and created a collaborative environment that redefined regional entrepreneurship.As co-founder of Studio Bagru, I transformed a social enterprise into a globally recognized brand, spotlighting ethical practices and artisan empowerment. Over a decade, Bagru gained international recognition in outlets like The New York Times and Forbes, while hosting workshops across continents to share sustainable practices and cultural heritage.My work also includes leading the Morning Mentoring program, which has facilitated over $4M in funding for startups through a network of 250+ mentors. With the PeaceRise initiative, I created a global Peacetech Challenge that brought together participants from 34 countries, offering innovative solutions to social challenges.In higher education, I serve on the Boards of Studies at Indus University and Avantika University in India, where I contribute to curriculum design that bridges academic learning with entrepreneurial practice. Mentoring roles at institutions like the University of Cincinnati and Miami University have allowed me to guide countless students and startups toward achieving their goals.With an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a history of developing impactful, scalable programs, I am committed to fostering innovation at the intersection of education and entrepreneurship.
