Professional artist with a strong background in 3D art, communication, and project management; currently working in higher education.I graduated from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment, where I specialized in realtime visual effects for games. At AIE, I contributed to the development of a virtual reality experience in collaboration with Virtual World Society and the Make-A-Wish Foundation's Alaska and Washington chapter. I also provided teaching assistance for Game Art instructors and lead lectures on the Unity game engine.Most recently, I have returned to AIE as a member of admin staff, connecting with schools in the Seattle area as well as Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, offering first-class education in games and film to passionate students looking to pursue a career in entertainment. My role is to foster relationships with these students and their counselors/teachers, determine if AIE is the right fit for their desired career path, and guide them through the process of application and enrollment. This position has allowed me to strengthen my skills in networking, interpersonal communication, and data management/organization while remaining up-to-date and connected with the games industry.
