As a consultant I work on (personal) leadership development to bring about significant change and improvement within organisations. Strategy and aligned business processes are needed. But there is more to it, to get a team back on track. I have an eye for both the business side, interpersonal relationships as well as team spirit.I am hired for complex leadership and organisation development projects.

As a consultant and coach, I guide individuals and teams to a new way of working. Different clients have different challenges. The common denominator is always about the human dimension and a future-proof organisation. To achieve growth, an organisation must reinvent itself. I love to guide this process of transition.

As manager of the business operations team, I am responsible for the administrative migration, service and management of all large and corporate business customers of T-Mobile. The team consisted of 23 HBO and WO educated people. With love and devotion, I formed a team with highly motivated people who really wanted to work together to serve T-Mobile's customers in the best possible way. It was this position that made me realise that I want to work on strengthening personal leadership.

As a Sales Implementation Manager, I am responsible for guiding brand new corporate customers to the T-Mobile network. The coordination of projects at multiple levels (mobile telephony, fixed-mobile convergence, IP-VPN and cloud solutions) must result in a flawless migration, because accessibility is at stake. This kind of project management involves complex stakeholder management and is quickly evolving with changes in technology and demands of the customers. Both technical knowledge and people skills are required.

Why Skyscrapers? It’s the new generation traineeship. Approaching go-getters, who are taking full responsibility with an open mind. The new kid on the block, who don’t shy away from a personal approach and a good dose of realness. From Skyscrapers, I was seconded to T-Mobile for a projectmanagement assignment. After 3 months, I became a permanent employee for the magenta team.

For my master thesis, I did a research internship at the Dutch National Police. Under supervision of Prof. Dr. Bob Hoogenboom, I researched the cooperation between government agencies in their approach combating serious crime. Topic of investigation was how to get from a mono to multidimensional crime detection. To this thesis, the Dutch prosecutor's office, tax authority, FIOD, municipalities, the RIEC and the police unit North Holland cooperated. The research question that was answered was, "How is the cooperation between the police and other government organizations in tackling undermining crime and other prioritized security themes?”
