Full-time senior position, which included management and teaching duties in the only intensive care unit of Eure-et-Loire’s Province (430k citizens – 5 hospitals)In addition to attending the patients, I was taking non admission decisions, advising other hospitals on therapies and coordinating patients’ transfers to the university hospitalsOversaw 10 residents: organised classes, weekly literature review, their schedules and assuring their integration amongst the rest of the ward’s team Head of morbidity and mortality meetings for the hospital: reviewing fatal incidents and implementing solutions (e.g.: opening intensive care unit’s workshop to members of other departments to generate synergies in practices, creating a weekly newsletter with hospital protocols to keep staff up to date)

The Emergency Ward of European Hospital Georges Pompidou: in addition to clinical practice, assisted the department’s professor with his teaching duties (replacing him for classes)
