Leading others is hard enough—growing a team of leaders is even harder.Most people are given training in how to do their job, give a talk, write a resume... But very few are taught how to lead. Leading requires a whole new set of skills and abilities, many that don’t come naturally to people who are great at getting stuff done. It’s a common problem, but luckily it has a guaranteed solution.Like anything else, becoming a leader worth following is about doing the right things, the right ways, at the right times. Guessing your way forward, which is what most people do, is a recipe for failure, but following the lead of someone who has already done it and can show you the way is a recipe for success. I have 23 years of Navy Leadership experience and 30+ years on church leadership teams and I’d love to show you the way.
