-Implement pricing and pricing strategy per product group/customer segment, and working capital guidelines consistent with profit and market share goals.-Review and approve new product requests with input from Sales Management, Applications and Business Development.-Analyze product portfolio for revenue, margin, mix, complaints, growth, hold, divest (BCG matrix analysis) as well as analyze product line life cycle. -Review and drive innovation project portfolio and implement new products in line with the business strategy by working closely with a cross-functional team. -Work closely with Marketing and Business Developers to prepare market introduction, promotion, and product launch.-Identify new sales opportunities for the business and provide sales programs by working closely with Strategic Intelligence, Business Developers, Sales, Marketing, R&D and Procurement. o Support regulatory registrations and compliance in target countries with RA support. -Represent the portfolio at key customers, industry meetings, fairs, and events. -Other duties as assigned

-Develop and implement a vibrant, innovative and economically sustainable B2B product portfolio with a corresponding portfolio strategy and clear positioning for the product group in area of resp. based on the business unit strategy.-Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations.-Creating and holding product presentations at customer workshops in collaboration with Sales.-Market and competition analysis concerning ingredients and concepts relevant to specific product groups.-Monitoring revenue development and sales activities of the products in the field of responsibility in accordance with defined performance indicators (turnover, sales, market share etc.) and developing and conducting measures for improving the revenue situation in collaboration with Sales.-Providing support in defining the pricing strategy for selected product groups in consultation with Pricing and, if necessary, Sales.-Compiling production information in collaboration with R&I and Global Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs and communicating it in in-house training sessions.-Operative management of innovation projects in collaboration with Innovation Management, R&D and Sales.-Managing selected target accounts and customer projects, including relationship management in consultation with Sales.-Providing support in the development and implementation of business development strategies for expanding the market share.

-Developing business plans to be well equipped for current and future business challenges and contribute to the optimization of the business results,-Proactively managing the day-to-day requirements for own customer portfolio and coordinating sales activities,-Monitoring customer & market dynamics to support sales planning, and new product applications,-Monitors customer’s changing needs, reviews existing products and services, regularly visits customers to ensure that their current needs are addressed,-Contributes to the pricing process & stock level optimization,-Prepares technical, sales and competition reports and other related presentations.
