CurrentGlobal Mobility- Laid down the grounds on the process of applying work visas and permit for Malaysia and Singapore.- Managing the employment pass application process for foreign workers end-to-end, including preparing and submitting applications, tracking their progress, and liaising with government authorities for endorsement and queries. - Frequency of EP application: at least 3 applications for Malaysia’s Employment Pass every quarter and at least 1 application for Singapore’s Work Pass every quarter. - 100% success rate for EP applications, mainly for expatriates from India and Pakistan.- Liaise and coordinate travel arrangements for potential candidates entering Malaysia or Singapore by arranging their accommodation and travel itineraries. HR Operations & Total Rewards- Managing payroll staging, payouts, and statutory deduction payments for the Thailand subsidiary.- Coordinated and conducted a comprehensive benchmarking analysis of company insurance policies for the Thailand subsidiary, ensuring competitive and cost-effective coverage.- Created and launched policies for company-wide usage: - Code of Conduct - Whistleblowing Policy - Employee Benefits Policy - IT Policy - Working Arrangement Policy
