In my role as a QA & Customer Support Specialist for the PIX4D catch app, I am responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.My primary duties include:Conducting through quality assurance testing on the PIX4D catch app to identify and document bugs and inconsistencies.Communicating regularly with technical developers to understand what needs testing and to report potential limitations or bugs.Providing technical support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns with the PIX4D catch app.Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service by customers.Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to continuously improve our product.Organizing field testing to validate different tasks and features before each new release.Participating in feasibility studies and brainstorming sessions needed for the continuous development of features and improvement of the current workflow of our app.

As a technician I help the production team to build new UAS, conduct field testing, and pilot UAS. My role involves coordinating with the technical team to validate our new drones or new technologies, following Agile methodologies. I actively contribute to the continuous development of features and workflow improvements. As part of the team, I collaborate with production team, R&D team, developers and product owners to gather technical requirements of new UAVs . My responsibilities also include post-flight analysis and piloting various UAS models for data acquisition across different assets.
