Mr. Fuad Quader is an ambitious and passionate HR professional with around 10 years of hands-on experience in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and HR Business Partnering. Throughout his career, he has worked in various industries, including FMCG, NGOs, and Real Estate. He is currently serving as the HR Lead at Urban Design & Development Ltd. Prior to this, he worked at HumanX, Akij Food & Beverage Ltd, BRAC, and Concord Group of Companies.Mr. Fuad completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration, majoring in HR, from BRAC University. He then pursued a Master’s in International Human Resources Management from Newcastle University, UK. Successfully completing his postgraduate studies with merit granted him the privilege of using the title Assoc CIPD, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), one of Europe’s most prestigious HR associations. In addition, he earned the SPHRi certification from HRCI (USA), which recognizes him as an HR professional by both European and US-based HR associations.
