• Promote company HSE Policy, Incident Free and Golden rules to all company and contractor personnel• Monitor and ensure compliance of HSE management plan over the all activities planned and executed by the entity• Give support to other entities with applicable HSE company rules, procedures and best work practices• Assist in preparation of HSE documentations and required dossier• Conduct and participate in the HSE audits and inspections• Conduct and participate in HSE inductions of CONTRACTOR/Company personnel as required• Special HSE focus of scaffolding activities + working at height + lifting and rigging activities + Work Overboard and Welding in Habitats• HSE supervision of the daily activities at the required areas• Being “Visible at Site” and “walking the talk “with HSE as a priority• Intervene and report where HSE deficiencies are identified• Work closely with the site Base HSE Superintendent to promote the achievement of the HSE KPI objectives

• Verify compliance with the BMS by conducting inspections of the worksite and reporting all NCRs identified.• Execute QHSSE responsibilities as defined in the Business Management System manuals & procedures.• Continually analyse the work environment to ensure a safe workplace and consult with crewmembers on QHSSE issues • Assist the department chiefs in the ongoing review and monitoring of risks identified in Location RAs, Aspects & Impacts & Project Risk Registers in FLAG; ensuring they have suitable and appropriate controls & mitigations in place.• Provide guidance to the crew on the PTW process and conduct permit audits in accordance with the procedure.• Scheduling Active Monitoring based on the locations top ten risks and checking that this is conducted in accordance with the Audit Schedule in FLAG in accordance with BGPO-MP-001 Active Monitoring.• Promote improvement of the “safety culture” of the entire workforce by participating and promoting the company’s BBS Program, SOPs, TOFS and LMRA programs. • Verify environmental compliance of project environmental plans through inspections of waste management, marine mammal mitigation and atmospheric emissions monitoring programs in accordance with. • Monitor the location’s and project KPIs and provide line management with updates to ensure that all will be achieved.• Support and coordinate process auditing program for the crew in accordance with the Audit Schedule for the location. • Monitor the crew’s remedial actions to ensure that items raised meet the “SMART” criteria • Support Daily Meetings by providing QHSSE discussion points to the team. • Support the crew in weekly hygiene inspections, take note of findings and generate FLAG reports as required.• Verify all have access & provide guidance on the use of FLAG (Take the roll of FLAG Champion on the crew).• Be part of incident investigations and support the crew in compiling evidence into FLAG.

• Conduct site-based safety assurance activities as directed by the H&S Supervisor or Site Manager.• Participate in, and champion, the site BBS programs; site RA as requested, daily TBT, (RTC) assessment.• Conduct formal site inspections using project Oversight checklists• Participate in H&S audits as an audit team member• Participate, as a team member, on incident investigations• Deliver Project Inductions, and other Company safety training programs as required• Assist in emergency response exercises/training and participate in real emergency response as required• Provide written weekly reports or as requested by the H&S Supervisor• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all H&S requirements, including contractor’s procedures• Proactively seek ways to reduce H&S risks and initiate improvements
