Led the team responsible for the overall global operations and P&L financial strategy for a broad and global organization (15+ departments; 500+ people). Provided strategic direction, drove projects planning and prioritization, operations improvement and cost reduction projects with immediate value to the PowerSW organization. Partnered with corporate lawyers to identify legal requirements and negotiate contractual agreements, including: SW licenses, statements of work, alliances and acquisition contracts. Project managed the product development of the Power5 midrange server. Created work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, PERT charts, financial projections, risk and change management analysis, and process flow charts. Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deploy the product: HW, SW, FW, Test, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Brands.

Led supply chain operations improvement initiatives to optimize order forecasting and increase fulfillment performance. Project managed tools automation projects and the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) across multiple functional areas.
