Current• Led 2 technicians to develop new dispersions & formulations for customers in fiber bonding application, e.g. industry and consumer non-woven(PET nonwoven for water prooging roll and hygiene application), special cellulosic paper including wall covering, filtration paper, abrasives and masking tape, carpet backing, glass fiber nonwoven saturation and so on.• Professional knowledge in industrial saturation or coating manufacruing process of non-woven fiber bonding application. • Responsible of scaling up the products in plant• Provided support to sales, marketing team and customers in terms of technical training, solutions.• Collected marketing needs from customers and translated the needs into technical requirements.
