Corporate Sponsorships Responsible for developing and managing marketing plans and promotions, as well as implementing sponsorships to increase revenue and brand awareness. Evaluated and negotiated new sponsorship opportunities for the portfolio, including athlete partnerships with Tiger Woods, Derek Jeter, Venus & Serena Williams, Marcus Allen and Tony Gonzalez. Properties managed included the NFL, PGA of America, US Ski Team, Indy Racing League, Harlem Globetrotters, NYC Marathon, and the Rolling Stones. Developed retail tools to support all sponsorship efforts at Sprint stores and other third party indirect retailers. Conducted regular meetings with senior management to communicate sponsorship initiatives and activation plans for properties, including regular communication and planning with Media, Public Relations, and Community Relations teams. Responsible for matrix management across internal business units. Accountable for overall measurement and tracking of sponsorship revenue along with ROI Lead implementation of sponsorship activation guidelines and continuously consult with field teams at the local and regional level. Create partnership marketing programs with other sponsor partners to increase scope and reach of relationship.
